Shipping Considerations

We take special care packing our cookies so they reach their destination in good condition. Our cookies in general and our Crostoli in particular are very fragile. Despite careful packing, the handling they receive in transit is beyond our control, therefore we cannot guarantee our cookies and Crostoli will arrive unbroken. For the cookies, it is likely that one or two in a package will arrive broken. For the Crostoli, it is likely they will arrive in small pieces. This condition does not affect the taste of our products but it does affect their visual appeal. If you cannot accept receiving our cookies or Crostoli in the condition described, we ask that you not purchase them online because we will not be able to offer credit or reimbursement. Delivery

We deliver with FedEx Ground and FedEx Home Delivery. Ground shipping delivery dates can’t be guaranteed, they can only be estimated. Our deliveries are in 2-6 days, depending on your location and on the day of the week you place the order.
